Scientist, Product Development
Mission to Reshape Science
Breakthrough discoveries once occurred when scientists like Alexander Fleming noticed the halo of dead bacteria surrounding a mold colony. But today's breakthroughs often go unnoticed because they are buried in uninterpretable spreadsheets, inaccessible data, or excessive experimental noise. Riffyn’s mission is to unlock the full potential of today’s science by delivering clean, connected, meaningful data the moment it is collected.
Riffyn seeks a scientist to imagine and grow the capabilities of Riffyn’s award-winning cloud software for scientific R&D. This role will report directly to Riffyn’s VP of Product and directly shape the product and its impact Riffyn’s global customer base of biotech, biopharma, materials, chemicals and food companies.
Your responsibilities will include designing new features and product releases, problem-solving user experience and scientific data analysis challenges. Your deep experience as a practicing scientist will be critical to your success in this role. You should deeply understand the scientific process and laboratory environment and be able to fluidly coordinate cross-functional teams, including other scientists within Riffyn and at customer sites.
